Crystal Dawn Taylor, 31, of Newport, died Sunday , November 4, 2012.
The family will conduct a Memorial Service 11:00 am Thursday at Otway Christian Church with Rev. Jack Mumford officiating.
She had worked as a caregiver and homemaker. She loved spending time at the beach and on the water.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin Taylor of the home; mother, Nancy Shoemaker of Grifton; two daughters, Jasmine and Jaydyn; step-son, Lance Taylor; brother, Danny Ray Pierce of Otway; maternal grandfather, Donald Gaskill and wife Sylvia of Morehead City; five cousins, April Gray, Joanna Griffin, Ronald Gray, Kelsey Brewer, and Tara Gaskill; two aunts, Linda Gray and husband Ronald and Theresa Brewer; two uncles, Billy Gaskill and wife Gail and Donald Gaskill, Jr.; two nephews, Draven Pierce and Landon Pierce; and other extended family and in-laws.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Willis.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
