Christopher Gerard Perez Santos, 49, of Havelock, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

A funeral mass to honor Christopher’s life will be held at 12 p.m., Monday, June 29th at Annunciation Catholic Church in Havelock. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from one hour prior to the service. 

Christopher was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1976, in Tamuning, Guam, to the late Pedro Castro Santos and Encarnacion Perez Recanor.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Leilani Rose Koga Santos; sons, Jayden Christopher Koga Santos and Tanner Michael Koga Santos, both of Havelock, NC; sister, Liza Hoomana (Chris) of Havelock, NC; brothers, Benjamin Recanor of Havelock, NC, Peter Santos of Guam, Paul Santos of Guam, Jeremy Recanor (Ria) of Guam; sister-in-law, Rebecca Santos of Guam; and step-father, Thomas Recanor of Guam.

Blessed with his extended family, Christopher is also survived by his Mama Bing, Antonia Cruz; and his che'lus, Michael Cruz (Surina), Rosette Singleton (Davin), Vincent Cruz (Joleen), Corina Guthrie (Paul), Joaquin Cruz (Benett), Paul Cruz (Alma), and Mark Burtscher.

In addition to his parents, Christopher was preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Santos and his pop, Manuel Cruz.
