July 10, 1945 — August 9, 2016
Charlyne Goodwin Ward, 71, of Havelock, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Crystal Coast Hospice House.
The family will conduct a memorial service at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the home of Charlyne, located at 2923 Newport Circle in Newport.
Charlyne was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by her sons, Danny Ward and wife Regina and Bryan and wife Marci, all of Newport; sister, Gayla and husband Bob of Havelock; bother in law, Dennis Ward; grandchildren, Alice Ward, Emily Ward, Morgan Powers and Melissa; and great grandchildren, Nevaeh Marie Gray, Lillie and Eli.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Lester Ward; parents, Charles and Jackie Meredith Goodwin; mother in law Zella – Belle Ward; and sister, Janice Eubanks.
