Charles Edwin Hentschel,Jr.,60, of Newport, died Saturday, January 28, 2012 at his home.
A memorial service will be held 7:00 pm Thurdsay, February 2, 2012 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Conner officiating.
He is survived by two daughters, Michelle Quinn and husband William Quinn, Jr. of Newport and Candace Gail Hentschel of Raleigh; son, Charles Edwin Hentschel, III of Newport; sister, Georgia Ann Ballou of Morehead City; brother, Jim Gollehon of Nebraska; and three grandchildren, Holly Quinn, Hanna Quinn, and Hayden Quinn.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Flowers are welcome, or memorials may be made to Holly Springs Free Will Baptist Church, 850 Nine Foot Rd, Newport, NC 28570 or the RAAB Clinic, 302 Medical Park Court, Morehead City, NC 28557.
