Cecil Leroy Swain, Jr., 63, of Beaufort, died Thursday March 8, at his home.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday at Munden Funeral Home with Admiral Chris Colvin officiating. Interment to follow at Bayview Cemetery.
He retired from the Coast Guard after 27 years of serivce 1966-1993, served Vietnam 1968-1971.
He is survived by a sister Cecilia Eubanks and husband Richard of Beaufort, a brother Louis Swain and wife Valerie of Greenport, NY: two nieces Amanda Eubanks of Raleigh and Kaci Eubanks of Beaufort: three nephews Scott Eubanks and wife Alli of TN, Louis Swain, Jr., of Greenport, NY, and Matthew Swain of Greenport, NY: grandniece Makinzee of TN, and grandnephew Collin of TN.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Sunday at Munden Funeral Home.
Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to the Raab Clinic 302 Medical Park, Morehead City, NC 28557.
