C. E. "Bud" Freeman, 65, of Sneads Ferry, NC died Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Carteret General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at Munden Funeral Home with Rev. James Chadwick officiating.
Bud worked most of his life in the auto industry in Eastern NC in a management/owner position.
He is survived by his wife, Sue W. Freeman of the home; daughter, Wendy May; grandson; Ryan May, both of Newport, NC; sisters, Frances Tetterton of Jamesville, NC and Neil Asby of Merry Hill, NC; brothers, Donald Freeman of Greenville, NC, Larry Freeman of Ahoskie, NC, Marshall Freeman of Apex, NC, Luther Freeman of Plymouth, NC; and 30 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.T. and Ruby Freeman; sister, Doris White; and brothers, Tommy Freeman, Bobby Freeman, and Henry Freeman.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
