Brenda Joyce Decker Rowe, 67, of Havelock, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Carteret Health Care.

A memorial service will be announced at a later time.

She is survived by her son, William Rowe of Jacksonville; sisters, Mary Holliday and husband, Tony, of Williamston, Susie Lewis of Newport, Donna Decker of Peletier; 1 grandson; 1 great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, of almost 40 years, Earlie Rowe; daughter, Brenda Lynn Rowe; parents, Harry and Grace Decker; sister, Carolyn Russell, Peggy Whaley; and brother, Harry Lee Decker.
