Bobby Lee Moore, 79, of Morehead City, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Crystal Bluffs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church, 810 Bridges Street, Morehead City, on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 11am.
He was a deacon at First Baptist Church in Morehead City, and served in the Coast Guard Auxiliary for over 20 years.
He is survived by his wife Judith White of the home; children Wendy Poovey and husband Allen of Waxhaw, Donald Moore of Raleigh; step-children Gina Williams and husband Richard of Salt Lake City, Utah and Jeffrey White and wife Jennifer of Raleigh; two brothers, James Moore and wife Janice and John “Tommy” Moore and wife Idella; sister, Evelyn O’Rouke; and grandchildren, Braden, Tabor, Jonathan, Kelly, and Conner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Virginia Moore, and a number of brothers and sisters.
