Billy Scott Kelly, 67, of Morehead City, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at his home.
A service will be held at a later date.
Scott is survived by his wife, Alyce Kelly of the home; daughter Leigh Kelly of San Francisco, CA; son, Derek Kelly of Mount Holly; grandson, Hayden Kelly.
