Betty Jane Bisbing, 84, of Morehead City, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Betty was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania on July 31, 1938, to the late Charles and Beatrice Forsythe. In 1971, she married Walter A. Bisbing and in 1982, they moved their family to Carteret County, North Carolina. Betty's favorite pastimes included a competitive game of bowling and a fun and profitable game of Bingo.
She is survived by her daughters, Janet L. Byrd of Morehead City, Barbara A. Chambers of Newport, and Wendy M. Bisbing of Newport; sons, Randall R. Rector of Newport, and Walter L. Bisbing of Havelock; sister, Dorothy Book of Birdsboro, PA; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Bisbing; brother, Harold Keller; and son, Richard W. Rector.
