Betsy Sasser Davis, 81, of New Bern, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Crystal Bluffs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
There will be no services.
Betsy was a member of the Richard Dobbs Spaight DAR chapter and the Craven Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She also was a long-time member of the Neuse Forest Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Betsy D. McGibbon and husband Kenny of Pine Knoll Shores; brothers, Robert H. Sasser Jr. of Pinehurst and David D. Sasser of Raleigh; and sister, Rebecca S. Hedrick of Navarre, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Harrison and Cora Earl Smith Sasser; husband, Robert Earl Davis; brothers, Thomas Neil Sasser and Douglas Smith Sasser; and sister, Dorothy S. Bengel Warwick.
