May 5, 1940 — January 14, 2017
Anna Fay Willis, 76, of Newport, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House.
The family will welcome friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City.
Anna retired from MCAS Cherry Point as a civil servant. In her retirement she loved to travel, especially taking cruises. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Anna is survived by her daughters, Fontaine Adams and husband Frankie of Broad Creek and Carnell Jones of Newport; two grandsons, Frankie Jr. and Bradley Adams; two great granddaughters, Tiphine and Jazman; sisters, Nancy Deacon and Lee Garvey and husband Elbert; two special daughters, Glenda Anthony and husband Tommy and Brenda Hawthorn; special son, Tom Jordon; two special friends, Roy Lee Buchanan and Aneda Adams; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Ducie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Viola (Nelson) Willis; and special son, Michael Osborne.
