Andrew Hall Holloway III

August 4, 1952 — April 18, 2025

Newport

Andrew Hall Holloway III was born August 4, 1952, in St Petersburg, FL to Dr. Andrew Hall Holloway Jr. and Yvonne “Bonnie” Holloway Kuntz. He was preceded in death by both parents along with his younger brother, Charles Holloway of Pine Island, FL.

He is survived by his children: Andrew Hall Holloway IV of Graham NC (and his daughter Ambrey Lynn Holloway), his son James Travis Robison of Dandridge, TN (his wife Christina Robison) and daughter Cloe Michelle Robison, and son Anthony Bernardi, his sister-in-law Jennifer Morgan Holloway and her son Garrad Holloway of Pine Island, FL. Lindsay Brooke Holloway of Sevierville, TN (and her daughter Kandra Nicole Ivey and son Grayson Brooks Andrew Holloway), Anna Elizabeth Holloway Lowe Craft of Fort Dodge, Iowa and her daughter Destiny Michelle Holloway, daughter Shayla Brook Holloway, daughter Tenayah Lowe, daughter Azylan Lowe, son Elias Craft, and daughter Lyla Elizabeth Craft. His ex-wife and stepmother to his 3 children, Marysasser Hedrick Holloway of Morehead City, NC, his uncle Captain Gene Pellerin (his wife Irwin) of Chula Vista, CA and his aunt Tony Pellerin of St. Petersburg, FL.

Andy, as his friends called him, served his country honorably during The Vietnam War in the US Navy. Andy was a jack of many trades and could fix most anything mechanical. He had his pilot’s license and flew his father’s Cessna, and his captains license, chartered fishing boats, and ran a vessel salvage business with his brother while in Florida. In Durham, North Carolina, Andy worked as an electrical contractor for many years before retiring to Atlantic Beach, NC. He enjoyed fixing boats and specialized in outboard motor injector repairs after graduating from Propulsion School at Carteret Community College (CMAST).

Andy’s final wish was to be cremated and scattered over Wade Shores on Shackleford Island.

In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate contributions to cover expenses of the estate through its executor, Andrew Hall Holloway IV.

I love you Dad. See you again one day, enjoy the fishing up there, your son Dew Boy.
